Every LowH product is made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating your delivery date.

Processing Time

Orders are typically produced within 1–3 business days.

Processing time may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time is typically:

United States: 5–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has completed production.

Most orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately 6–10 business days from the date the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable fulfillment and shipping partners, occasional carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
