Welcome to LowH! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LowH, operated by Luvrain LLC, a Missouri limited liability company.

LowH operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). LowH is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

Product images and mockups are provided to help illustrate our products. Minor variations between digital representations and the finished physical product may occur.

Many LowH products are made to order, meaning production begins after an order is placed.

All product descriptions, designs, availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice at our discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

LowH reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until LowH confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.

Please carefully review your order, including the product, size, color, quantity, personalization, and shipping address, before submitting it.

Because many of our products are made to order and may enter production shortly after purchase, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellation requests after an order has been accepted or entered production.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through our store are for lawful purposes.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, sales, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect when your order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, customs duties, or import charges.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions. If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the terms of the applicable promotion will govern that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information for all purchases made through our store.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information you submit is true, accurate, and complete.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Many LowH products are made to order.

Our typical production time is approximately 1–3 business days.

Estimated shipping time within the United States is typically 5–7 business days after production.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Production or delivery may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you discover an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including trademarks, brand elements, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, website design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by LowH, Luvrain LLC, our affiliates, licensors, or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Except as permitted by applicable law, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit material from the Services without the necessary authorization.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or other rights to intellectual property belonging to LowH, Luvrain LLC, Shopify, our licensors, or any third party except as expressly provided.

LowH's name, logo, branding, product names, designs, and slogans may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights and may not be used without appropriate authorization.

Shopify's name, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify or its applicable affiliates.

You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services that we do not monitor and over which we may have limited or no control.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

LowH is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases made through our Store are made directly with LowH, operated by Luvrain LLC.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from LowH and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for sales between you and LowH, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from products purchased from LowH.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions directly with LowH.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's applicable privacy practices.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information about your access to and use of the Services may be collected and processed by Shopify to provide and improve the Services.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ACCESS TO THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOWH, LUVRAIN LLC, OUR AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
